Description:
Yet another exercise in wasted labor in China, and wasted money in the US (though I myself bought it third-hand for about $20). The quality and precision of these things are abysmal. See the link to my blog post for a rundown of the MapleField's vices. This machine is no longer with me, because it ended up right where it belonged ... the trash.

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Shanghai Weilv MapleField on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Shanghai Weilv Serial Number page and the Shanghai Weilv MapleField By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
