The feet were pretty worn and cracked, so I replaced them with some rubber furniture feet purchased from my local Walmart. As well, it was quite loud -- particularly with higher frequency noises, to remedy that I've put a mix of felt and yoga mat padding on the inside of the metal panels. The last major concern was a large crack on the top case, I was able to fix it without too much hassle with just plastic epoxy.

On a more minor note, it had came with corrective ribbon that was used to strike and markup the platen; I presume by passerbies while it waited to be sold. It also had 4 American flag stickers that I removed.

Hobbyist of far too many things, but, most recently, typewriters. I presently have 5:
