Description:
I can't register this machine using the brand "Vendomatic" because it doesn't exist here.
It is a re-branded Brother 4612 .
Vroom & Dreesman was a former Dutch departmentstore that would re-brand almost anything they could get their hands on.
Vendex is already registered here, it was used to re-brand manual Brother typewriters, amongst others.
Vendomatic is used for products from Brother, Dutch Philips and other manufacturers.

Hello,
Typerwriterfan from the Netherlands, recently bought a few typewriters again and started cleaning and adjusting them.
I haven't touched a typewriter in a long time, but it's fun working with them again.
This is a great database and I will try to contribute too.
Have a nice day,
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Brother Vendomatic 4612 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Brother Serial Number page and the Brother Vendomatic 4612 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
