The II had not been used in a really long time, and it was the greasiest typewriter I've cleaned to date (not to mention keeper of the most paperclips I've found to date). Tracking down different elements has been fun, although the tabs feel like they are about to snap off every time. The Selectric is a beast, though, coming in at 40 pounds. The typeface specimen is Courier.

I picked up a Selectric II and III from a small business that had been around for the past 60 years. The II had not been used in a really long time, and it was the greasiest typewriter I've cleaned to date (not to mention keeper of the most paperclips I've found to date).
