Description:
I picked this up for a song, and in excellent condition. The "L" was sticking a bit, but it took almost no work or even cleaning to remedy it. The best part is that the color is nearly a perfect match for the mint green color of my TWSBI Eco T fountain pen and my General Fireproofing steel desk. Based on serial numbers in the database, it's likely a late 60s model. With the prefix AX, it may be one of the earliest versions of this model that went into the early 70s. Sadly the plastic case was nearly destroyed during shipping.

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Remington Streamliner on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Remington Serial Number page and the Remington Streamliner By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
