Nickname: "Poseidon"
My first 1st generation "curvy" machine, I purchased Poseidon on eBay and only found out when I received it that it has Techno Elite typeface which was a very pleasant surprise. The type slugs are marked "S-TE." The type action is smooth as silk and it still has both platen knobs which are mint green just like the keys. Yet another pleasant experience with a Hermes machine.

Metastatic cancer fighter and sudden cardiac arrest survivor who has gotten into vintage typewriter collecting after realizing that life is short and typewriters are fascinating.
