Description:
My second HH. Purchased online and it won the fight against the packing materials. Fortunately, nothing too crazy happened. This one needed a lot of cleaning, as I believe a previous owner was a smoker and there were brown nicotine stains on a lot of the internals. The platen showed evidence of being sanded but whoever started it gave up - I gave it a heat shrink cover. The ribbon vibrator needed to be adjusted, because some letters had red bottoms, but that was an easy fix.
All in all, this old girl lived a tough life and was neglected for too long, but is getting the love it deserves.
Elite typeface and a 13" carriage. Great typer.
