Dating is a bit of a challenge:
The back of the machine states that it was sold by the sale representative for "Palestine and Transjordan", which is the British-mandate term for the middle-east regions under British control. Israel declared independence May 1948, and I would think there's very little chance that a local would continue selling machines with the British mandate terms stamped on them, AFTER the establishment of Israel. So this would put the date at May 1948 or before.
The typewriterdatabase.com serial list puts it in 1948, rather than 1947.
Putting these together I'd guess that the machine was made first quarter of 1948.
