I fell in love with the looks of these machines at first sight. To my mind, the 1948 model is the most beautiful of the series.
I bought this one off eBay for one reasons; it was the cheapest machine that still had the metal ribbon spools. Fortunately, when it arrived it was in excellent condition which only required minimal cleaning to bring it back to full function.

Someone gave me a vintage typewriter and I went maybe just a little bit crazy.
A dozen typewriters later, I think I found the machines I need.
