Almost not a portable. It works well, minus its ribbon. There was some gunk that locked the platen when this arrived. Thankfully, I managed to move it and voila! It works fine.

Massive typewriter in Art Deco style. Almost not a portable. It works well, minus its ribbon. There was some gunk that locked the platen when this arrived. Thankfully, I managed to move it and voila! It works fine.

I'm an archaeologist who writes heritage books and collects Japanese ceramics as well as quite a number of typewriters that I've acquired through purchase or as gifts over the last 10 years in the Philippines as well as in the US and Japan.
