Description:
Bought as my fourth machine and third portable. Had to repair one of the slugs. Previous owner said they bought it ten years ago, don't know what happened to it before then. Came with the case which had a manual in it for a Remington Junior Portable. It has a named written in it, it is assumed that was the original owner. Manual remains in the case for posterity.
Platen is in rough shape but I've gotten the machine itself working and it is a very fun little thing to work on. I named her Beastie.

Swedish woman who bought a typewriter two years ago, and after that all hope was lost. Have specific interest in mechanical models pre-1960, but I have a couple outside that range and love them all the same. I like to tinker with them, both to repair and understand them, and I type every day.
