Description:
This Corona 3 was purchased off of Facebook Marketplace in Hatfield, PA in March of 2026 from a man who said that his father owned it for many, many years. After I got it home, I noticed that someone had filed-off the serial number on the frame. BUT! Whoever did that likely didn't realize that they often also etched the serial number on the underside of the carriage, which is where I indeed found it. The blue case came from a parts machine from Peter and Tikva Tytell's collection on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Corona 3 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Corona Serial Number page and the Corona 3 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
