Complete, and hardly noticeable body rust.
Short lived model, with the ribbons in an uncomfortable location (not hard to change ribbons as in the Remington Junior, but in the same league).
Just the carriage return lever is broken (see the photo)
Hard to find a Victor in Argentina, and with his iron box present, harder.
